The movie is called whale rider is about when a girl named pai who was meant to be the new leader for her tribe  when her grandpa step down as a leader of the tribe.It was sad because her grandpa pucker

to be the chosen one when he retire as a tribe.When pucker start teaching the boys how to be a tribe leader he kick Pia out of the tribe because she a girl.when her grandpa kick her out she went to her uncle house so she could learn the way how to become a leader because she is the chosen one and her grandpa doesn't know or care about being the leader of tribe. When her grandpa kicked her out of the house kicked her out of the house for not following his order.Her grandmother took her to go lived with her uncle for sometimes. When pucker took his student to the ocean he threw his whale tooth to the water and he told them to go find it under the deep water but they never got it.The dying whale was meant that pucker was wrong on letting pai being the choose one he accepted her as the next new tribe leader when he saw her riding a whale when she saved them from dying.
